Eclectic Lady

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

Welcome to the Eclectic Lady Wholesale Program! By applying for and purchasing through our wholesale program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

  • To qualify for a wholesale account, you must be a valid retailer, reseller, or business entity with a valid resale certificate or business license. Please submit your resale certificate or business license to jeanne@eclecticlady.com.

  • Eclectic Lady reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its discretion.

2. Order Minimums & Pricing

  • A minimum initial order of $150.00 USD is required to establish a wholesale account.

  • All wholesale pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Wholesale discounts apply only to approved wholesale accounts and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or retail pricing.

3. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

  • We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover.

  • Any declined payments or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are included in our pricing with the exception of Two Day Shipping.

  • Eclectic Lady is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

  • Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Resale Restrictions

  • Reselling Eclectic Lady products on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, and Amazon is strictly prohibited.

  • Eclectic Lady has an established presence on these platforms, and unauthorized reselling may result in account termination.

  • You may sell our products in your physical store or your own branded website.

6. Branding & Representation

  • Retailers may not alter, repackage, or rebrand Eclectic Lady products without written consent.

  • Any misleading representation of our brand, including false claims or mislabeling, is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • All wholesale orders are final sale.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

8. Account Termination

  • Eclectic Lady reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms.

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, unauthorized reselling, or misuse of our brand will result in immediate termination.

9. Agreement Updates

  • Eclectic Lady reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of your wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
