Return & Refund Policies

Our products are personal in nature and we do not accept returns with the exception of an error on our part - wrong items shipped, items damaged in transit, etc.

If you feel you need to return an item or are due a refund, you must email Eclectic Lady before you ship back your order. Orders returned to Eclectic Lady without authorization will not be automatically credited to your account.

Shipping Policies

Shipping is not refundable if your order is returned to Eclectic Lady. If your order is returned to Eclectic Lady, you will need to re-pay shipping in order for us to re-ship your package.

If a mistake is made on our part in shipping your order, we will pay to re-ship your order.
