Lime Essential Oil is a citrus essential oil with known benefits such as anti-septic, anti-viral, astringent, bactericidal, disinfectant, and restorative properties. Lime essential oil is extracted through the cold compression of fresh peels of lime or by steam distillation of its dried peels. This pure African shea butter is made in Togo, Africa by a process handed down from generation to generation. This organic, fairly traded shea butter is unrefined which leaves all the beneficial properties intact. Shea butter has vitamins A and E, plus a natural UV protectant. It is an excellent moisturizer and makes a great night cream. Pure African shea butter is an ivory color and has a smoky, nutty fragrance. This is from the process of heating the shea butter over a wood fire in Togo.
