Loofa sponges are great for exfoliating your skin in the shower. Just wet and rub the loofa on your skin in gentle circles. Be sure to keep your loofa clean. You can clean it once or twice a week by soaking it in sinkful of hot water with a good splash of vinegar for about half an hour.
